Alright. I dled the client and was doin as told until randomly cityscape webclient booted me off and the client didnt work. The webclient them later on did not work for me. I reset my computer and changed everything back to the way it was before. The game still does not work and i am wondering if this is just me or is it that the server is down or what? i want to know what is going on so i can continue playing this game if at all possible.

I believe (last I checked) that the server is still up. So, it's just you. Sorry mate.
